This is my first blog post.

Here is my expected posting arc:

Day 1 (later today): "Hey, look at me, I'm blogging! Technology is awesome."

Day 2: "This blog will be a personal record of my thoughts about, you know, whatever crosses my mind. Hope you enjoy it."

Day 3: "So I was eating some toast this morning, and I looked out the window, and there was the mailman on my front porch, just standing there, picking his nose. Seriously? I mean, come on. Get a hotel room."

One week later: "Hey, everyone! (Or should I say: Hey, mom.) Sorry for not posting last week, things were crazy busy at work..."

One month later: "So much has happened lately, I don't know where to begin... so my friend Jon (he's actually more of a work colleague, but for the purposes of this blog, if you're reading this, Jon, I still consider you a friend...) says "Yo, we should all get together for a drink after work sometime..."

One year later: "Hey, blog."

The goal? Surpass "Hey, blog."
